The  casita built in 2011 is a bright 75 sq mt ( 700 sq ft ) one bedroom home with a view and covered patio area. The home has a proven rental stream approaching 100% occupancy annually.


Ceramic tile flooring throughout,  large screened windows, vaulted wood-beamed ceiling with fans.  The kitchen has a breakfast bar.


There is ample counter-top space and a choice of tables when eating.  The bedroom has a queen bed with a top-of-the-line mattress.

Living room has television, DVD player and locally made wicker furniture.  Bathroom has large tiled shower with hot water, and towels. The outdoor patio has a hammock & table & four chairs.


Other popular beach cities of Canoa &San Clemente are close by, while the major metro areas of Manta and Portoviejo are just an hour away providing major supermarket chains and malls. Our
largest city, Guayaquil, is just 4 hours away from here.

Attractions & Activities in the area include :
